Verspieren supplies a personalised Membership Card to every member, which contains our essential contact numbers and addresses. We suggest that you keep this card with you at all times. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Making an appointment
- When booking an appointment, inform the provider that your insurance is covered through AETNA (no need to mention Verspieren) and the provider should call 1-877-566-1404 to check your eligibility.
- Bring your Verspieren membership card with you on the day of your visit.
- Care covered by your insurances will be directly paid to the provider. The share remaining to pay will be at your own expenses, either at the time of the visit or upon receipt of the bill at home.
- If you encounter any problems or require assistance you may also contact the Global Excel Customer Service Specialists who will be pleased to assist you with making the provider appointment.
